Tea Tree Oil
Tea Tree Oil also known as melaleuca oil, an essential oil that comes from steaming the leaves of the Australian tea tree, which is totally different from green tea tree. Used as an antifungal and antibiotic, and healing essential oil in general, Tea Tree Oil can effectively treat some skin problems such as acne caused by bacteria, skin inflammation related to contact dermatitis or insect bites, and dandruff. Aloe Vera is a succulent plant that grows naturally in hot, dry climates, and has been known and used for centuries for its moisturizing properties of the gel extracted from leaves. Aloe Vera is packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids that replenish, soothe, and repair skin. In our skincare products, aloe vera appears in the list of ingredients on the packaging under the names Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Or Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Powder.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a member of the ginger family. It is commonly used as a spice, but it is also known for its medicinal purposes. Sourced from the root of the turmeric plant, this health powerhouse contains a compound called curcumin that is packed with antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory compounds, which may effectively stop the growth of acne-causing bacteria, and promote quicker healing by calming areas that are inflamed. Jojoba Oil
Jojoba Oil comes from the seeds of the jojoba shrub. The oil makes up about 50% of the seed and is extracted by cold pressing, a method which helps the oil maintain its nutritional value. Jojoba oil is a humectant ingredient to attract water to the top layer of the skin, helping to keep the skin hydrated. Jojoba oil contains natural forms of vitamin E so that it can help skin fight oxidative stress caused by everyday exposure to pollutants. Jojoba oil is also gentle enough to be used as a carrier oil to mix with other essential oils.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C, a fast-absorbing antioxidant superstar has a proven performance record of brightening and evening out skin tone by fading dark spots, neutralizing free radicals, and supporting elasticity.
